PERSONALIZED CARE
An individualized plan of care is developed by our nurse and is carried out by well-trained Personal Care Attendants.

24 HOUR SUPERVISION
Personal Care Attendants are available 24 hours a day for your peace of mind.

HOME HEALTH SERVICES
The nurse will help coordinate home health services that are ordered by a physician. Residents may qualify to receive Medicare Part A and Part B to help with these services.

DAILY ACTIVITIES A variety of activities are offered that cater to the social, cognitive and physical well being of each resident. Such activities are: shopping trips, sitter-cise classes, water aerobics, arts& crafts, Lunch Bunch, music programs, Holiday parties and more. Click here to view our photo gallery.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is provided to scheduled appointments in the Azle and Fort Worth area. Weekly shopping trips are planned to the local Wal-Mart, Dollar Store, grocery store, Bealls, etc.

SECURITY & PROTECTION
Each resident is given a lightweight emergency pendant that, when activated, alerts the staff. The facility is fully sprinkled, has a fire and smoke alarm and emergency lighting that is all monitored 24 hours a day.

MEDICATION SUPERVISION
Medications are supervised by Personal Care Attendants under the direction of our nurse. Medications are kept locked in the medication room.

HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY
Weekly housekeeping and flat linen (sheets, towels, pillow cases, wash cloths) laundering is included in the basic monthly rent. An on-site laundry facility is available for personal laundry.

MEALS
Residents are provided three delicious sit down meals daily. Snacks, coffee, and tea are provided throughout the day. From menus set out for that day, residents can choose what they would like for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A fresh fruit bar is available for residents at breakfast, and at lunch and dinner a salad bar is provided. A licensed dietician is available to residents with special dietary needs.
